Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and FaceWorld. They explain what the platform is, what you may and may not do with it, who owns what, and what happens if something goes wrong. Please read them before you create an account.

  • Effective date: 21 August 2026
  • Last updated: 21 August 2026
  • Applies to: newfaceworld.com and connected FaceWorld services

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and FaceWorld (newfaceworld.com) ("FaceWorld", "we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the platform, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them.

If you do not accept them, do not use FaceWorld. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company or another organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and "you" then means that organisation.

2. What FaceWorld is

FaceWorld is a platform built from several connected services that share one identity. FaceCity is the identity layer: it holds your account and signs you in once, everywhere. Behind that single sign-on sit the services of the platform — AI chat and assistants, the FaceCoin wallet, messaging, TV and media, a marketplace of AI engines, and further services added over time.

Because the services are connected, using one of them may mean data from your account is used by another, as described in the Privacy Policy. Individual services may have their own additional rules; where they do, those rules apply on top of these Terms, and these Terms govern if there is a conflict, unless the service's rules say otherwise for that service alone.

The platform is under active development. Services may be added, changed, renamed or withdrawn.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use FaceWorld. You must not use the platform if you are barred from doing so under the laws that apply to you, or if you are subject to sanctions that prohibit it.

4. Your account

  • You may register with an email address and a password, or through Sign in with Google. One person may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date. Impersonating another person or organisation is not allowed.
  • You are responsible for your account and for everything done through it. Keep your password and your one-time codes secret, and do not let anyone else use your account.
  • We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Your account settings show your active sessions and devices; sign out any you do not recognise.
  • Tell us at support@newfaceworld.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Accounts are personal. You may not sell, rent or transfer an account, or the status attached to it, to anybody else.

5. Signing in with Google

Sign in with Google is optional. If you use it, we receive from your Google account the basic profile described in section 4 of the Privacy Policy — your Google account identifier, email address, name, profile picture and language — and use it to create or open your FaceWorld account. Your use of Google's services remains governed by your agreement with Google.

You may unlink Google at any time in your account settings, once you have set a password so you can still get in. Removing FaceWorld's access from your Google account, or losing access to the Google account itself, may prevent you from signing in until you set another sign-in method.

6. Connecting your accounts on other platforms

FaceWorld lets you connect accounts you hold on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook Pages, X, LinkedIn and TikTok, so that you can publish to them from one place and see their statistics together. Connecting is optional and is done through each platform's own OAuth consent screen.

6.1 We are a tool, you are the author

When you publish through FaceWorld, you are the author and the publisher. We act only as the instrument that carries your instruction to the platform. We post nothing on our own initiative, and we do not edit or delete what you have published elsewhere.

You are responsible for complying with the terms, community guidelines, advertising rules and copyright rules of every platform you publish to, and for having the rights to the content you send there. Connecting a YouTube channel also means agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service; the corresponding terms of Meta, X, LinkedIn and TikTok apply to those platforms in the same way.

6.2 What the platforms control, and we do not

Each platform decides for itself what happens on it. It may reject a post, limit its reach, remove it, restrict a feature, suspend or terminate your account, change its rules, its quotas or its prices, or cut off access to its API. These decisions are outside our control and we are not responsible for them, nor for content or data losses they cause. If a platform withdraws access, the corresponding FaceWorld feature may stop working with little or no notice.

You can disconnect a platform at any moment, in FaceWorld or from the platform's own settings, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6.3 Limitations we are open about

  • YouTube. Until our application passes the YouTube API Services audit, anything uploaded through the API is forced to private by YouTube. Rather than produce videos nobody can see, publishing to YouTube stays switched off and is labelled as such in the interface. Reading your channel and its statistics is unaffected.
  • TikTok. The same rule applies until the mandatory TikTok app audit passes: anything published through the API would be private, so publishing stays off. TikTok's API provides counters only, and no audience insights.
  • X. Access to X is charged per request by the platform. Publishing to X may therefore be switched off or capped by a monthly spending limit per author.
  • LinkedIn. Publishing works; reading personal posts requires a permission LinkedIn grants separately, so until it is granted LinkedIn stays empty in your feed.
  • Instagram and Facebook. Instagram can only be connected as a professional (business or creator) account and Facebook only as a Page — personal profiles cannot be connected, because the platforms closed that path.

These are platform restrictions, not defects of the service, and we state them in the interface where they apply.

7. Citizen and business status

Some parts of the platform are open only to accounts that hold citizen or business status. Applying for either means submitting verification information about you or your company, and paying the applicable fee. By applying you confirm that everything you submit is true and that you are entitled to submit it.

We may approve or refuse an application at our discretion, and may ask for further evidence. Approval grants access; it is not an endorsement of you or your business, and it is not a licence, permit or professional certification of any kind. Status may be withdrawn if the information proves false, if it expires, or if these Terms are breached.

8. In-platform currency and payments

  • Paid actions inside FaceWorld are settled in the platform's own units — FaceCoin and its smaller unit — held in the FaceCoin wallet attached to your account.
  • These units are a means of paying for services inside the platform. They are not legal tender, not a deposit, not a security, and not an investment. We make no promise that they will hold value or produce a return.
  • Topping up and withdrawing real money are carried out by the wallet service through regulated payment providers, under their own terms. We do not receive or store your card or bank details.
  • Prices are shown before you confirm an action. Fees for a service already delivered, and fees attached to a verification application that has been reviewed, are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where we state otherwise for a particular offer.
  • You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the platform, other than taxes on our own income.
  • If a technical error credits, charges or transfers an incorrect amount, we may correct it and reverse the entries involved.

9. Acceptable use

Use FaceWorld for its intended purpose, lawfully, and with respect for other people. You keep to the rules of every individual service you enter, and you are responsible for the consequences of what you do on the platform.

10. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • break the law, or use the platform to help anybody else break it;
  • post, send or generate content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, sexually exploitative of minors, or that incites violence;
  • infringe anybody's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • impersonate another person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with one;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data, probe or test our security without written permission, or interfere with the operation of the platform;
  • scrape, crawl or harvest data from the platform by automated means, except as expressly permitted by us in writing;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the platform, except to the extent this cannot lawfully be prohibited;
  • overload the platform, circumvent rate limits, quotas or paywalls, or resell access to the platform without our written agreement;
  • use the platform for fraud, money laundering, financing of terrorism, or to evade sanctions;
  • create accounts in bulk, use automated means to create accounts, or evade a suspension;
  • upload malware, or use the platform to distribute unsolicited bulk messages;
  • use AI features to produce content that deceives people about its origin in a harmful way, to generate material that impersonates a real person without their consent, or to build a competing model from our outputs.

11. Your content

You keep the ownership of everything you upload, write or submit — text, images, files, avatars, listings, messages and other material ("your content").

To be able to run the platform, we need permission to handle it. You therefore grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, adapt technically (for example to resize an image or convert a format) and display your content, solely for the purpose of operating, securing and providing the platform to you and to the people you choose to share it with. The licence lasts as long as you keep the content on the platform, plus the short period our backups need to age out. It gives us no right to sell your content or to license it to third parties for their own purposes.

You confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit your content and that it does not break section 10. We do not routinely monitor content, but we may review, restrict or remove content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or the law.

12. AI-generated output

Parts of the platform generate text, images, audio, video or plans using artificial intelligence. Such output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose, and similar output may be produced for other users. Check it before you rely on it, and never treat it as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you use it, and for making sure that use is lawful.

13. Our intellectual property

The platform itself — its software, design, interfaces, text, graphics, the FaceWorld, FaceCity and FaceCoin names and logos — belongs to FaceWorld or to its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform in accordance with these Terms. Nothing else is granted: you may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the platform, and you may not use our names or logos without our written permission.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely, without obligation to you.

14. Third-party services

The platform links to and depends on services operated by other companies — among them the Google sign-in described above, payment providers, cloud infrastructure, email delivery and push notifications. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their acts. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that company's own terms and privacy notice.

15. Availability and changes to the platform

We aim to keep FaceWorld running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, failures of providers we depend on, and events outside our reasonable control can interrupt the service. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any feature or service at any time; if a change removes something significant that you paid for, we will give reasonable notice where we can.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the platform will meet your requirements, that it will be error-free or secure against every attack, or that any output, valuation, recommendation or result obtained through it will be accurate or profitable.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in those places this section applies only as far as the law permits, and your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaceWorld and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, nor for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or the value of any in-platform units, however caused and on any theory of liability, even if we were advised that such loss was possible.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the platform, in any twelve-month period, will not exceed the greater of the amount you actually paid us in that period or one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold FaceWorld harmless against claims, damages, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your content, from your use of the platform, or from your breach of these Terms or of the law. We will tell you about any such claim and will not settle it in a way that imposes an obligation on you without your agreement.

19. Suspension and termination

You may stop using FaceWorld at any time and may ask us to close your account by writing to support@newfaceworld.com from the address registered on it.

We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, with notice where reasonably possible and immediately where necessary, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, if your account is used fraudulently or to harm others, or if keeping it open would expose us or our users to serious risk.

When an account ends, the licence in section 13 ends with it and access to the services stops. Any remaining balance is handled according to the wallet service's rules, subject to any legal restriction or investigation. Sections that by their nature should survive — including sections 11, 13, 16, 17, 18, 21 and 22 — survive termination.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the platform develops or as the law requires. The effective date at the top always shows the current version. For material changes we will give reasonable advance notice by email or through a notice inside the platform. If you keep using FaceWorld after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the platform and close your account.

21. Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the platform, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the FaceWorld operating entity is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction — except that, if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

Before starting formal proceedings, please write to support@newfaceworld.com and give us 30 days to resolve the matter. Most disputes are settled faster this way.

22. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the platform and replace any earlier understanding on the subject.
  • Severability. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the provision is applied as far as it lawfully can be.
  • No waiver. Not enforcing a right on one occasion does not waive it.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them to a successor of the business, on notice to you.
  • No agency. These Terms create no partnership, agency, employment or joint venture between us.
  • Language. The English version of these Terms prevails over any translation.
